A lot can
happen in 2 months!
To expand my horizons, I’ve taken up climbing (up and down
stairs), standing, and walking (while holding onto a fingertip), and swinging
(I’ve had to learn to hold on since we don’t have a toddler swing).
I met my Amo Elias, Auntie Ronda, Rabie, Wael and Diana on our
recent trip to Orlando with Tete and Giddo.
And this weekend, Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Jim came to visit.
I’m giving kisses now, too, which scores me major cute points.
February 28,
2008 – 7 months
HaHAA! I’m mobile! Take THAT Mommy and Daddy. Crawling, pulling up, starting to
cruise. Saying “uh-oh”, mamama,
dadada. Developing a STRONG
personality, especially at the dinner table!
But still growing like a weed.
I love playing Peak-a-Boo with Ellie, dancing, and long walks on
the beach. Elanor is right, reading
ROCKS.
Meal time is FUN which means messy. Learning to use a spoon, drink from a cup and use a straw (I hear
Ellie didn’t figure that one out until 1 year J
October 24,
2007 – 3 months
I hear my Big Sister rolled over just like me (once around 2
months and then not again ‘til 3 months).
Daddy wasn’t here to see it but he was on the phone with Mommy (I didn’t
want him to miss out entirely).
Big Sister, Ellie is my new favorite hobby. I love to watch her do stuff and talk to
her.
All this baby stuff is tiring so I make sure to get good sleep
(almost 12 hours at night and a couple naps).
I’m finally enjoying my baths (Ellie didn’t like ‘em much the first few
months either).
August 31,
2007 – Almost 7 Weeks old
Life is much more interesting now that I can communicate
(“aahh” “gggoo”) and lift my head up
(got up on my elbows yesterday!).
Smiling will be useful ;)
they’re wrapped around my little (and I mean LITTLE) finger!
I took pity on the scruffy guy and the one that makes my food and
decided I’d sleep for 7 hours at a time overnight. Oh yeah, I nap at the same time as the short loud chick,
too. She’s nice but she gives slobbery
kisses!

(4:23pm) – No fair!
Even though I wanted to hang out in my comfortable spot a little longer,
Mommy, Daddy and the doctor asked me to make my grand entrance today.
Mommy is UNBELIEVABLE!!
She pushed me out in 5 minutes!
I’m so proud of her J I brought a tornado warning along with me
(we evacuated to a safer room when I was 5 minutes old)!

(8am) – SIX DAYS OVERDUE!!
I keep pretending I’m coming out around 3am for the last few
nights. As soon as they decide to head
to the hospital I chill out J
