Bridesmaid- Grace Chen

Grace Chen married on April 16, 2005 (we were there). She is now Grace, well… Chen. Her husband is Vince Chen. How convenient! Eyad is the only person who has been to the site of the proposal with them (the tide pools in picture). That’s a cool story.

Another great friend of Eyad’s from Med school! Grace is wonderful. Eyad and Grace have been through the best and worst of times. They came out as friends that will hang on for life.

Grace has made herself an adopted child of Eyad’s parents (she loves them, they love her- who is Eyad to argue with that?). She finished her Cardiology Fellowship in Seattle, WA. How, did a California Girl end up in the city with the most cloudy days a year? Well she’s back in LA with Vince and their beautiful boy, Alexander (born 4/1/09).

She met Emily at the Bachelorette party. She got up at 4am, flew to St. Louis for the party and got back to Seattle close to midnight the next day. That is devotion! She was the last to leave so Eyad and Emily got some quality time with her… what a great gift. P.S. Grace was wearing a new shirt the day of the party and it was fabulous J
